Ужасное расположение в кварталах где живут балийцы,на ресепшен никогда никого нет,номера не соответствуют фото ,шампуней нет,на 2 человека 1 полотенце о состоянии самих номеров даже говорить не буду,ценник ужасно завышен,к сантехнике прикоснулся страшно
Отель сильно потрепало за время пандемии, все стены в плесени и облупившейся штукатуркой, в номере пахнет плесенью, постельное белье в пятнах и волосах, в душе валялся сигаретный бычок. на рецепшене не говорят на английском, и даже компьютера нет чтоб проверить бронь, в итоге по телефону минут 10 выясняли где же я забронировал номер, и оплатил ли я его
