Pertama sy complain Krn kamar kotor dan ada handuk tertinggal di toilet dari tamu lama. Bagi saya, berarti pembersihan kamar tidak menyeluruh. TAPI setelah saya complain, mbak Via sangat responsive dan menggantikan kamar saya dgn yg jauh lebih baik dan bersih. Ohya waktu check out sy kelupaan barang dan mbak via lagi2 sangat responsive dan menolong sy hingga saya mendapatkan barang saya. TKU banget mbak utk pelayanan nya. Keren lah.. recommended!! 👍
