Easy check in and check out, clean and spacious room..
The fresh look of the lobby area...
This property is in a good location in the city centre
Nice hotel if you are staying in Surabaya. The hotel was more luxury then we expected based on the price. The room is beautiful and equiped with everything you need. The pool is nice, but was very crowded at times.
Most of the staff we met did not speak great English, so make sure to use Google translate when needed.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whole room including the toilet was clean and neat. The breakfast had varieties of local food that is tasty. The greatest catch is the smart TV that you can use to connect to your phone and watch your favorite videos.
The room is refurbished and appeared new and clean. It is very quiet and comfortable for sleep.
The location is very good too
