Well... I am not satisfied with my stay, absolutely not a 5*hotel as I was booking it... Now magically shows on a website 4*, I was baited by mosquitos on my first night and wake up sick. Room is stinky, dirty towels, ants in a bed, someone hairs and a spider webs on walls. Personeel was not happy that I did complain about it. We supposed to have a private pool, but by the arriving at the hotel I got a room with swimming pool available for everyone's near by the restaurant. Not happy, not satisfied, never will book again with zenhotels
