Номер большой и светлый.
Постель белая и чистая.
Персонал отзывчивый.
На ресепшене грязновато.
Нет посуды и стаканов.
Курят прямо в здании.
Прекрасный отель, персонал вежливый, в номере уютно, прохладно 👍 Расположение отеля очень удобное , рядом много кафе и магазинов, так же прачечная! Огромное спасибо вам за отдых 👍🤝
Никакой воды и чайника в номере нет, тапочек и вешалок тоже. Постельное белье не меняли и полотенца тоже, из за сильной влажности в номере слазит краска, ремонт, кажется, что давно не делали. Ну и под кроватью и на шкафах было супер грязно. Жили там 3 ночи и потом переехали в соседний

Близко до центра Куты, 5-7 минут до моря.
В номере плохо пахло. На стенах краска с подтеками, обои отклеиваются, краска облупилась. За 6 дней пребывания постельное белье не меняли ни разу. Шторка на окне была сломана. За отелем совсем не следят.
На стене в коридоре есть картина из ткани, в ней живет множество жуков. В номере очень плохо пахло, пришлось постоянно держать открытым окно.
