Everything in this hotel was above any expectations. The size, design, and cleanliness of the room, a beautiful marble with modern fixtures bathroom, delicious food. But especially I was amazed by the most helpful, caring, friendly, and smiling staff. Honestly I think I had the best service ever. I literally felt I was already in a paradise! Super high level. Very impressive!
It was one of the greatest times in Jakarta and the employees were helpful and welcoming, they made our stay so special when they knew that I came with my wife for honeymoon in Indonesia.
I would love to thank Mr. Dasep Mulyawan, the director of rooms for his hospitality and professionalism.
All staff were very attentive, great location, spacious and comfortable room.
Everything is perfect! The QUALITY and LUXURY is superb!
