The Staff was amazing from the doorman, receptionists, housekeeping, to the Butlers and higher managers. Breakfast was unbelievable with so many options, you'll be full before you try everything you want. The Creme Brulee French Toast was out of this world! Highly recommend. Our bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies each night. The price is on the higher end, but you definitely get what you pay for!

We had a fantastic three-night stay at The St. Regis Jakarta! We love everything about this luxurious property. From the moment you stepped into the lobby, its exceptional staff and the sight pampered all your senses. Everything was so immaculate! We were there before my husband's birthday. On the first night, we found birthday cake, a bouquet of flowers, and a hand-written card wishing him a happy birthday—a lovely and well-thought-out gesture. We found the butler service to be very efficient and effective; they're just one WhatsApp chat away. On Saturday, we decided to stay in and enjoy a pool day. We spent a lovely relaxing afternoon at its gorgeous pool area and had it all ourselves! The pool is such a gem. The designer was so brilliant to create such a masterpiece in a limited space. Kudos! The breakfast spread was fantastic; they had a traditional Indonesian option, too, which was delicious. All in all, it's a great stay.
