Beautiful view from the room
Dirty and old hotel, needs renovation. Horrible restaurant with flies, cats and sticky tables.
Breakfast was Asian, not European: heavy meat, spicy noodles and soups; but cappuccino wasn't not included and pastry was really bad. Only 2-3 messy fruits options. Flies, mosquitoes, spiders, bugs and caterpillars were everywhere. Water in the pool wasn't clear, we didn't risk to swim.
There's a beach, but impossible to swim either, the ocean is too loud, so at night you have to close the windows and breathe AC anyway. Hotel is popular between big asian families, lots of kids.

нет зонтиков,нет пляжа, свет туалета включался возле выхода,еда в отеле очень дорого,если байк есть то варунг пара минут ехать. остановка на 1 ночь вполне,но бассеин спорный,волны бьют так что стекла дрожали
Персонал - просто душки. Территория отеля невероятно красивая, приятная и чистая. Очень порадовал спортзал с потрясающим видом. Бассейн в номере - восторг. В номерах чистота, каждый день клали по 8 бутылочек воды. На островке показывает, что отель 4*, но по факту это 5*. Лучший отель из всех, что я посетила на Бали

Учтивый, вежливый персонал, заселили немного раньше положенного времени, помогали при первом же обращении.
Зону лобби и завтрака(ресторана) можно было бы сделать закрытой и кондиционируемой. ждать заселения, или же принимать завтрак при 35градусной жаре немного изнурительно.
Во-первых, безупречная чистота. Во-вторых, все достаточно новое, все, что есть, работает. Мне понравился дизайн. Номер подходит и для отдыха и для работы (чем я активно и занимался).
Номер был очень чистым.
Доброжелательное, внимательное обслуживание
Единственное слабое звено, которое можно было бы улучшить, - это меню ресторана. Очень ограниченный выбор блюд, и это не высокая кухня.
