Nice and friendly staff
Comfortable room
The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything but still surprisingly quiet. It's close to the beach, close to shops and local (or international) restaurants. We were also pleasantly surprised to have a tiny private garden adjacent to the room so it felt more like being at home than at a hotel. The bathroom was sparkling clean and 2 sets of towels were provided which we didn't expect. The staff were very helpful and they were doing their very best to accommodate any wishes we expressed. The restaurant had very reasonably priced and delicious food. We will definitely stay here again next time we're visiting Padangbai.
Fun fact: I've never seen such great and clear instructions for using the TV and the DVD player, not even in 5* hotels. I was very thankful for it.
1 night stay before taking ferry - was a great budget place to stay. Room had all needed accommodations and was clean and tidy. Easy walk to ATM and port. Food (Breakfast and Dinner) at restaurant was good. Staff helpful and friendly.
Zen Inn is safe and secure, right next to the ferry port. A lovely room with everything we need.
Including a/c and hot water shower. A nice private back patio. Wonderful food right there, or endless choices close by. Only a short walk to the beach.
