Close to PVJ Mall, cafes and restaurants. Price is ok. Hospitality of reception staff is great. Security is very helpful to reach online taxi.
More facilities in toilet for disable/wheelchair bound customer.
The staff, the room, the food however it needs more variation especially in the menu.
The location of the hotel was good because, does have a mall nearby and couple places where you could get good local food as well.
We always love staying at the Zest when we come to Bandung. It's always very comfortable, quiet and clean. Amazing staff. Close to 2 shopping centers.
