Very close to the hospital. Room was quiet and had a nice view. Breakfast was great. Staff very accommodating. Front desk had staff available all hours. Garden was peaceful.

Quiet block, great breakfast, building has lots of different public spaces that are thoughtfully styled. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. It was a real oasis.

Breakfast was made to order and was very balanced and healthy. Special menu requests were honored. The hotel manager - Mohammad Allaham - was the primary reason for my excellent stay. He provided a non-Arabic speaking customer with cultural insight and much appreciated advice. Mohammad made the brief stay in Amman enjoyable and rewarding. Moreover, he was available for food requests, pocket Wi-Fi purchase, transportation, attraction coordination, and shopping advice. He allowed me to maximize the short time in Amman and enjoy many facets of this large city. Of note, he kindly and firmly intervened when I thought that I was being overcharged for a taxi ride and negotiated a fair price. The support staff was always friendly and helpful.

The staff prepared my breakfast to order, hot and tasty with fresh ingredients. They catered to all my peculiar requests with a smile and professionalism.
