The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped us get tickets to the Petra at night and helped my husband find a store to buy shoes. It’s nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was very good as was breakfast.

The nicest staff I have ever met. They also great us with the biggest smiles. When we just finished trekking they bring us nice cold hibiscus drinks. The receptionist himself came up with the kitchen staff to deliver breakfast. And not to mention all facilities are perfect - nicest shower we had in all our trips. Lastly, if you are visiting Petra, it is only a 5 minute walk from the visitor center. Super convenient. Everything is good here, 10 out of 10.

Special thanks to Samer, Mome (Toto) and the guy who said hibiscus tea. All the staff were kind and professional with great attention to detail. There was a wide array of food for breakfast. The rooms were spacious. The hotel comes with good facilities like a pool etc. The hotel is situated at a 5 min walk to the entrance of Petra
