The chcek in process is clear and the girl at the reception was so nice her name was Narmin Sharyreh , she prepared every thing with a very nice smile in her face regardless the too many work she had in this busy day and busy hour When. We start talking with her her we forget all the stress because was so kind and she tried her best to help us and make us happy . The fahcalites was also good and the breakfast was vey good .

The hotel staff is exceptionally great. We received a free room upgrade and late check-out upon our arrival, which we were very grateful for. In general the resort is beautifully designed, following the different regions of Jordan. The access to the Dead sea is very convenient, you can walk there or get a ride with a golf cart every 10-15mins. At the shore of the Dead sea, they provide showers, towels and black mud. We used the family pool, which has a large deep-end area. There are also pools for kids separately and the shallow part of the family pool. So you can enjoy the pool without being interfered by kids playing. We tried two different restaurants (Italian and Middle-eastern style in the main building), both had very tasty food. In the evening, there is also live music and belly dancer performance. The hotel breakfast had a large selection and very tasty food. One of the best freshly made falafels I have ever tried! Overall was great experience, I would come back again!

The best part of the trip was the hospitality of the staff, from the very beginning Ms. Rawan Fakhouri's warm welcome and constant follow-up on our vacation, to Mr. Tariq Dawood's support regarding our accommodation, to Mr. Badran Alshami's attention to our feedback on the restaurants and Mr. Mohammed Alsharif's service at The Grill restaurant. The trip was great and highly recommended.
