The staff members where great , I loved there options having barber shop swimming pool Sauna and many other options that can make u stay at the hotel and enjoy every single moment

Clean rooms. Very helpful staff. The original room they gave me was a bit warm and I wasn't sure if the AC was working so they gave me a new room and sent me a plate of fruit for the inconvenience, which I didn't think was too inconvenient but appreciated the gesture. Also we're very flexible with the check out time as our flight was a bit later in the evening. Breakfast was good and very well presented. The room was spacious and had a living room as well.

The staff at the front desk, the management, the staff at the restaurants, the cleaning staff and even the valet guys are all unbelievably fantastic. Everyone at this hotel is extremely nice and accommodating, they truly understand customer service and treating guests to a really great experience. The people working at this hotel really make staying here worth every penny, I would recommend anyone to stay here, especially if visiting from outside Iraq. Also, the breakfast was excellent, plenty of food and variety.
