Clean, new, and comfortable, and the staff are amazing. The hotel really delivers everything it promises perfectly. In my experience it is the best hotel you can get in Erbil in this price range.

Excellent stay staff extremely friendly room upgraded for free and all needs were met very clean and comfortable food is excellent location is excellent Will definitely stay there again for coming visits to Erbil.

Was impressed of the stuff, what a kind and hospitable guys. I had problem with my visa card, i needed Cash money, Masoud (Front Desk Supervisor) helped me to solve this problem, gave me money for using. So good to trust yourself to Nova Sky in Erbil. Near to hotel a lot of restaurants, shops. Nice breakfast, 10th floor restaurant, clean room also need to be mentioned.

the place was up to date in everything. I like the lobby area very welcoming and the people there are very nice. comparing them to other hotels in Europe and Dubai they are close to them. after 10 mins from me being in the room the reception called and asked if everything is good and if I need anything and they sent me a fruit basket to my room. 15 min after that they called and said that they are upgrading me to a bigger room with no charge which made my stay there more comfortable
