Location and the cleanliness of the property. 24hrs reception was very useful and great accommodation for a weekend stay
Staff was very friendly. It felt good knowing the desk was staffed 24 hours. Penthouse apartment was big and clean and a wonderful place to stay. We would recommend the penthouse apartments.

Amazing location, friendly reception, nice and spacious apartment on the top floor with a balcony and terrific view. What's not to love?!
The rooftop location had cheery flower pots decorating the walk. The balcony had a great view of the city with a table and chairs to sit at and enjoy. The kitchen was great as was the living room, eating table and bathroom. The location is smack dab in the middle of the busiest tourist section, but the rooftop gave us a quiet place to return to after trips out into the pubs and shops.
