The apartment is modern, spacious, spotless, and perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, and downtown. Communication with Oddur, the cohost, was excellent. We had a wonderful stay in Reykjavik and highly recommend this apartment.

This lovely apartment was right on the Old Harbor in Reykjavik. It had all amenities, was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with basics. We slept very comfortably with good quality duvets & beds. We would happily return. Hosts were very supportive and communicative.

This property is located in a great part of Reykjavik with plenty of good places to eat nearby, as well as several nearby attractions. Our plan was to explore Reykjavik for a day and then explore the Golden Circle, so this gave us a good base. The onsite parking was helpful as we had a rental car to get around the island, so safe, secure parking was a welcome amenity. The host was VERY communicative leading up to the stay, and I really appreciated this. We met the co-host in person and he was very nice and helpful. The apartment was attractive and well appointed. It was a bit cold to take in the outdoor balcony, but it seems like in warmer weather it would be nice to take in the atmosphere along the main road from it. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and would certainly consider this location for a future visit.

A very nice spacious apartment, all needed facilities are present, including access to a parking garage. The location is great, close to the center, the whale watchers in the old harbor and the bus stop 15 for tours pickup/dropoff. Heating is exceptional. In the pictures there is a road right outside the big window in the living room, but in the apartment on the 3rd floor there is no noticeable noise and the road is not that busy either. The host is great, upon greeting she practically bombards you with information about points of interest, transfers, restaurants etc., but all the links are actually useful.
