Loved the fact that we were able to see the Northern Lights from our room. The hostess was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to reassure us when we expected to arrive fairly late in the evening.
Very friendly and helpful host! Clean accommodations and exceptionally comfortable beds. Easy parking. Cute and quiet neighborhood, quick 15 min drive to Isafjordur. Great value!
The location was perfect for our week of travel through the Westfjords. Plan to take a bath in the tub. The mountain views are gorgeous!
Flateyri Guesthouse is so comfortable. A three minute walk to the main street, full use of kitchen, a balcony, and an extremely knowledgeable and amiable host made this a lovely stay. Bed is great, and so many resources on Iceland. Wonderful.
