The room was clean, good bed. Good value for the price. Dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious--probably our best meal in Iceland that wasn't fish.

Stayed here for only one night but was incredibly pleased with all aspects! Very easy to get to, our room was small but clean and even had some shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There was a TV but we didn't use it. The food was SPECTACULAR!! My husband and I were delighted with our choices, and I have Celiac Disease and the waitress was knowledgeable and asked her boss about dishes I could have. I had the chicken with mushroom sauce and then later for dinner the lamb soup which was a clear broth and some gluten free crackers. We booked this to be closer to our rafting trip and I am so glad we did. Very thankful for the service, food, and cost atmosphere. When we eventually come back to Iceland we will definitely stop here again!

Good location at a natural rest night point on the ring road. Staff is very friendly, food is good and hearty, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Nice common lounge for the rooms with a refrigerator and hot water boiler.

I had a delightful experience at North West Restaurant and Guest House. The check-in process was handled by a friendly and efficient staff member, who also took our food order at the restaurant. The dishes were tasty and expertly prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. I would recommend North West for a pleasant and convenient visit
