Even though our arrival was very late, the host was there to welcome us and answer any questions we had. The location is a bit off the beaten path but it has its advantages (hence, the rating on location. Not everyone will appreciate the drive). For us the location was perfect (as it was what we were looking for), the location was quite and the hosts were friendly and eager to help whenever they could. I believe the farmhouse was where the family lived before moving to their new home. Artwork in the farmhouse (I believe) is the creative work of the hosts with some pieces quite amazing.
Next time we are in the area, we will definitely go back (hope it will be available).
While the rating per Booking.com shows as a 9, for us it would be around 9.5 or above. I believe booking.com rating is primarily due to the location. We have not given a perfect score for location, as not all travelers will appreciate the remoteness.
