What really set them apart was the staffs willingness to help! They went above and beyond with helping myself and my brother (not even staying there) set up transport to the cruise terminal for our group of 6, including 2 kids who needed car seats. The room was bright and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. Overall amazing!

The hotel was easily accessible and in a great location for us. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Maria checked us in and out and was lovely. The company should want all their employees to represent the hotel in thus manner! Great job Maria!! The hotel area and room were immaculate. We stayed in Iceland 4 nights in a different location each night. Reykjavik Lights was #1! We will always book at this hotel on our return visits!
When we checked in, we were able to order a "bag breakfast" for our departure date, as we were scheduled to leave before breakfast started. The days we could eat at the hotel, we were pleased with the variety and quality of choices. The staff worked hard to keep food supplied and all surfaces clean.
The front desk staff was friendly & helpful.
