Great communication. Place really well positioned to beach, cafes, restaurants and conference centre. Highly recommend.
The flat was immaculate, very spacious, smartly furnished and very clean. The equipment was great, nothing was missing. But the absolute highlight is the location to the beach. You could look out of the window and see the waves.
The landlord was very nice and uncomplicated.
We can definitely recommend the flat.
Great location if you are aiming to stay close to the promenade and the beach! Old centre is 30ish min walk or couple of min by taxi (we paid 5.5-6.8 eur). Several yoga studios, huge gym and loads of restaurants and bars on the promenade. Great for location for surfing also. The flat was spacious and had everything we needed, including laundry machine.
Super location next to the beach and close to many nice restaurants. Very good Wifi (300Mbit). Miguel provided us also with very good restaurant recommendations & was very helpful.
