Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures.The place is clean and organized and all the equipment works efficiently.The surrounding area has all the basic goods you could need as well as pharmacies. The owner always asks about feedback on the service provided. I really liked the city of Barcelona and loved it. I hope to return to it again.
The apartment is overall in a good condition and the location is convenient.
We have been met personally. Apartment is 7 min walking distance to Subway (Collblanc Metro station). Same metro station can be taken to go directly to/from airport by L9 line.
We spent 6 nights in the apartment as a group of 7. Starting with what is most important and best:
• great location - to the Collblanc Metro, from which we can reach various parts of Barcelona and El Prat airport - a 5-minute walk. It takes several minutes to get to the airport by metro. To the Sagrada FAMÍLIA cathedral - the same. It's a 10-minute walk to the FC Barcelona stadium - Spotify Camp Nou :)
• Great contact with the owner - he replied to all messages quickly and efficiently and dispelled doubts.
• 3 separate bedrooms, a very pleasant terrace, a washing machine - definitely sufficient and comfortable.
• Capsules for the coffee machine, prosecco for "good morning" - a very nice gesture :)
• The entire apartment was clean and pleasant :)
The location. The apartment was big enough for the kids to play around. The terrace was great and having a washing machine and a dryer.
