Great location near beach, shops.
5 mins walk Nearby paid parking underground 10 euro per day. December was great time to visit as less crowded
The apartment we booked for ten days had everything we needed for an extended stay. We were pleased to find that everything was in great condition (kitchen, bathroom and living room + clean towels and bedsheets). The fact that there were two separate rooms was handy since we were travelling with a baby. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking on any occasion. Additionally, the washing machine was located on the rooftop, which offered a nice view of Arrecife while we hung our laundry.
Communication with the host was excellent via WhatsApp. Everything was handled quickly and without stress when we accidentally locked ourselves out.
Everything was perfekt. The owner of Ale's House was very kind. Thanks a lot!

Location was perfect. It was clean, spacious and comfortable
But most of all, the communication from the owner was beyond anything. She was approachable, professional, helpful and understanding.
