Our host Olatz, she was absolutely amazing, she provided us with all necessary information, maps and even Basque language translation booklet. We truly appreciate her service.
Olatz was such an amazing host! She gave me detailed information about bus routes that I couldn’t find anywhere else and helped me plan out the two days I spent there. Beyond all that, her warmth and generosity made me feel like I was family, which is such a wonderful thing to experience when you are traveling alone. Thank you for making my time there truly spectacular!
I got 5 star attention when checking in, with lots of helpful information for sightseeing, parking, meals, patiently working with my efforts with Spanish so kindly and helpfully, showing me to my room, which had a curved wall of windows and a lovely selection of teas. The bed was comfortable, location fabulous.
a small room but there are a lot of power sockets in the room, which provide the easist access for iphone or battery chargers for my camera. A hot water kettle was provided as per request, The host who can speak very flurent English make client easily communicative, is very helpful and friendly. This in only place that I received necessary information for photophing the beautiful church in top of an island nearby and city tour. More even the hostel provide me with disposable shave, tooth bruch,toothpaste and disposable slippers, which the most hostel or hotel in Spain or north America will not provide at all. Thank you host. I will stay over at this property when I visit Bermeo next time.
