Very nice apartment. We were 6 people in total and it was perfect for us. The balcony was also good size. Metro accessibility was easy with the Return metro station hardly at 600 metres. Couple of supermarkets nearby. Walkable to gothic square. The barcelona beach was a gem (go via taxi for less then 15 euros)
We had a truly wonderful stay in this apartment!
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the space was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for comfortable everyday living. There were plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
The location is fantastic — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day exploring the city.
A special thank you to the host, who was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs we had during our stay.
You can feel that this place is cared for with love. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. 💛
It’s a professional rental. From check-in to access, it is all digital. Relatively easy to check in. Door doesn’t need a key but a smartphone or tablet with internet connection (don’t know what happens if you find yourself e.g without battery on the phone). My parents could get help to enter from the hostel next door (same company).
On the plus side our apartment was having a nice balcony to the inside of the block and it was a spacious as expected. We are former neighbors so we chose the location, since it’s for us the best neighborhood in the city, at walking distance to Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf. There’s a public parking lot very close (Gran Via, next to the Bingo) with great rates if you book in advance.
It was very clear the apartment. they were answering to us every moment and all the good places of Barcelona were near to us . Perfect, thanks guys.
The apartment uses a keyless entry system, pressing a button and sliding a slider on mobile phone or iPad. It did not work on iPad at all and it was very fiddly on mobile phone. On two evenings, my phone battery ran out on the way back to the apartment and I had to find somewhere to charge up late in the evening. Very annoying. JUST PROVIDE KEYS. Keys have worked for hundreds of years. Keys are good!
