The location was great near shops, restaurant's and taxi rank,, The apartment itself was exhalent. Very good air-condition Comfortable beds, great showers, milk. bread and coffee left for us on arrival. everything you could need and then we found the portable shopping bag how thoughtful.

Very nice apartment close to the shops, bars, restaurants and old town. It was just ideal for two couples with two bedrooms as well as bathrooms.

A verry beautiful,aextremely clean apartament,close to the center and the shoppignarea.It is equipped with absolutely everything you need(washing machine,dryer,dishwasher,kitchen ustensils,coffee maker).An apartament that provides you with excellent comfort.I appreciate the verry good communication with the owner and Mrs.Nuria.If I return to Alicante ,I will make the same choice.

Perfect location. There is everything you might need for a short vacation. The location is very good because the center is nearby. Comfortable beds. There is a washing machine and dryer. The apartment itself is very cozy.

The apartment is very well equipped and of a high standard in a residential near the main shops e.g. El Corte Ingles. The top of mushroom street is also walkable to access the old town restaurants and bars. The beds are super comfortable, the Wifi spot on and the apartment felt safe and secure. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. We liked Luceros tram station being within walking distance which allowed us to travel easily to Playa San Juan and El Campello.
