The property is centrally located in the historical district of Jerez. Parking is in the building. Our host was at the apartment to meet us which is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment when visiting Jerez.
Very clean, center of old town Jerez, parking spot right under my apartment, remodeled unit in what used to be a small palace. 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. Ideal for my wife and I to have a private bath and kids shared the other bathroom.
The best part of the stay was the owner. Javier gave us advice prior to arriving where to go, eat, visit, etc. He waited for us to arrive, showed us every detail of what we needed in the unit and for our stay, and is a true gentleman.

She met us right outside the unit in the center of town. I would rate this unit as the best unit to stay in all of old Jerez. I spent hours researching the ideal and best priced hotel (2 rooms) or apartment, and this unit wins the prize. Save time and book it.
The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our family of six. We received lot of help from Javier and especially loved the location and the surrounding area. Views were lovely, the custom website that Javier has prepared was especially helpful in giving us tips of where to eat and sites to see.
The air conditioning was wonderful as the temperatures started to climb. There was even a neighborhood parish procession while we were there!
Probably the best location you can get for the old town and access to some fantastic bars and restaurants with garage parking under the building ( chargeable) which was really helpful for this trip. Beautiful lounge, functional well equipped kitchen and great bathrooms. Shower pressure and hot water very good. Bedrooms very nice. Welcoming host. Thank you.
