Great location, clean comfortable room. But best of all - Akram - super helpful!.
Great little studio with modern decor situated in the old town area. Beautiful terraces to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Conveniently located.
My daughter and I had a great few days in Alicante and found the apartment to be a perfect place to stay. We were in the queen deluxe apartment. Located in the old town it was convenient to walk around the city. We enjoyed the terrace sun beds, table and chairs and found the facilities in the apartment to be well thought out with everything we needed. The bottle of fizz, snacks, tea and coffee etc were a very welcome and thoughtful touch. It was also great to have access to filtered water- no more carrying heavy bottles back from the supermarket!
Akram was so helpful; meeting us on arrival and taking care of our bags after check out. All the staff we met were lovely!
The lift straight to the apartments is a clever design and the roof terrace was a bonus.
We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Alicante.

The studio is small but very functional and modern. The highlights are the terraces with very nice views. The private one, which belongs to the studio and the public one.
It was also nice to be able to check-in earlier and have a late check-out.
Perfect stay! We will come back for sure.
