We had a really pleasant stay at Apartment Aza, the apartment is small but very nicely decorated, comfortable enough and spotlessly clean.

The location is great, on a calm street (at least in winter) just around the corner from Plaza de la Merced and other sites. Apartment is small, but ok for a couple and a small kid for a few days. Clean, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, even tea, coffee, salt.
