Locatie is echt top. Het appartement is wat verouderd maar wel onderhouden. Vanop het terras op gelijkvloers stap je zo de wandelweg op aan het water. Je hebt ook een aparte ingang tov de rest van de appartementen.
Goede communicatie vooraf. Ruim appartement, zeer proper. Toplocatie en fantastisch uitzicht vanop het terras.
