The apartment was very nice in a good location next to the beach. There was air conditioning that worked, heating was fine unlike other apartments in the area. There is parking space right near the building on the street and two small parks nearby (plus the playground areas on the beach). There are a few restaurants nearby and a supermarket at 10 minutes. Center city is at a 30 minutes walk on the beach. The apartment had comfortable beds and a couch and a mostly new kitchen.
