La amplitud y limpieza del apartamento. Muy tranquilo y fresco.
De eigenaar ontmoette ons bij de ondergrondse parkeergarage met eigen plek. Het appartement lag dan nog op 300m afstand lopen. Het lag in een zijstraat van het grote plein waaraan ook de kathedraal en het museum lagen. Ideale ligging dus. Restaurants en terrasjes vlakbij. Groot 100m2 appartement waar echt alles aanwezig was. Met lift op 1ste etage.
