Everything was very good ! The apartment is 120m2, was very clean and had everything : parking place in the building’s garage underground, elevator from the garage to the apartment, 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, baby bed, towels, drying rack for clothes, scale, desk and chair if you need to work, high speed wifi, balcony with a table and two chairs, smart tv, 2 sofas…
The person handling the apartment is to be contacted by WhatsApp. They give clean instructions on where to find the keys and are available during the whole stay. They respond very quickly, like one or two minutes after i send my message ! And that’s very assuring!
Keep in mind that you go into and out of the garage from the same way. The exit and the entry are not separated.
The location was perfect. Walking distance to the village, beach and close to the highway.
The apartment was spacious and clean
Easy access with car, parking included, nice modern apartment, 15 min walk to old town, 25 min walk to Puerto, grocery and bar nearby. Delicious food in Old Town!!
Location, v convenient to town, good to have pool and wifi and handy to access motorway, vg to have parking
