I loved that it was a comfy and modern apartment, well equipped, a lot of light, with private garage space and very well located. It was not in the old town or the downtown but it was in a neighborhood that is very familiar, with a lot of bars, restaurantes, little shops, bakeries, cafes etc. Easy to drive around with fast access to the highway. I also liked the welcoming to the apartment with the host handing me the keys and giving me any kind of details about the apartment, garage access or about the area. Even if they are local, they have very good English so it should be great for for foreign visitors.

This apartment is on the outskirts of Oviedo but you can reach the centre in a few minutes. Next to the building there is a Mercadone store. Pablo waited for us in front of the building. He showed us how to use the garage (with dedicated parking space for the apartment) and the elevator. The apartment is spacious and airy, and is furnished with style, fully equipped including iron, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, a full kitchen, flat screen TV. Bedroom is quite big, the bed is comfy. Shampoo and shower gel is provided in the bathroom. We received a complimentary bottle of mineral water and milk for our stay. Pablo is fast to respond to any questions, it is easy to keep in touch with him. Oviedo is a gem, a fantastic place. Definitely recommended.

The owner of the apartment, Pablo, is a very nice person, we arrived in the city late at 00:00, we were a little worried that we would not be able to settle in the apartment so late, but when we contacted the owner, he said without any problems that he was waiting for us at any time! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, there is a parking space for a car in the garage, a shopping center, a hypermarket literally across the road, very close to the exit from the city, which allows you to quickly travel by car. To the city center on foot 20 minutes, by car 5-7 minutes.There are many local bars and cafes on the street and in the area The apartment is very comfortable, clean, thought out to the smallest detail. We were very pleased with the apartment and regretted leaving it and Oviedo..I definitely recommend this option!
