The host lady is very nice.
The apartment is fully equipped.
The terrace overlooks the street and you can see the sea a bit.
Parking is in the garage of the building.
The bathroom is modern and comfortable.
I really recommend it.
Clean, spacious and cosy flat with all the amenities. 5 min walk to the beach and easy access to sights. Well equipped kitchen. Sea view. Quiet surroundings. Underground parking. Super helpful and attentive owner. Some nice restaurants nearby.
Apartment is located in a new building in the eastern part of Santa Pola, on the first floor and was quiet (do not know in high season) both inside the building and traffic on the road (except some hours). Very clean and standard equipped. For what is offered price was fair (considering location, low season), including a parking lot in the garage. The communication with the owner/admin was very good and she reacted quick to our demands.
First of all the host (Nerely) was very kindness! She has wait us at the apartment and tell us everthing about the main informations. The appartment was clean, brightness, place in quiet area and equipped with all you need. It has a parking place and that means a lot! This apartment is perfect for family.
