1. Location: middle of Las Palmas, (2 min to the beach, 7 min to one of the main bus stations and to a big grocery store)

The proximity to the beach and access to public transportation
Very nice, modern, well equipped and clean apartment. Great location, close to beach and many restaurants. No key box so had to wait 50min for the host to show up and open the apt
