The apartmen was lovely. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. As I was travelling with a male friend this was perfect and meant that we didn't have to pay thr extortionate single supplement that hotels charge. The apartment had everything you could need even an iron and ironing board. Towels and bedding were provided and were very clean. Air conditioning worked and there was no extra charge for this.
I arranged with the agent for someone to meet us at the apartment with the keys which cost an additional 40€ but it was worth it as the office is in Old Town where the keys have to be collected.
We paid a damage deposit by card which was refunded the day after we left the apartment.

We ended up in a different apartment but Communication was brilliant and the service was great I'd book with them again
Very spacious and well equipped for self catering, though we never cooked inside and ate out.It was also very spacious
