Miguel personally met us at the apartment even though it was after 22:00. He did his best to explain things in the apartment and how to get around. He again met us before we departed. He was good with communications via WhatsApp.
Great location if you want to be close to the beach.
Close to the bus stop which made it easy for us to get to the city, about 35 min bus ride. Great supermarket very close by.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Very close to everything: a very well equipped supermarket (Consum) is just few steps, such as a tasty and cheap restaurant (Casa Monica). The beach with showers, sunbeds and good restaurant (El Trompo is highly recommended) is also within 5 minutes walk. We could catch every type of buses within 2-3 minutes and reach the city center, restaurants or the Oceanografic. Bus neteork is really great and not too expensive. Our excellent host, Miguel helped us a lot when we arrived, meanwhile he wasn’t meddlesome.
The beds in the apartman were very comfortable, quiet street, shuttles and air conditioner supported our good and relaxing sleep.
The apartman is very well equipped, there was even a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine with powders, moreover shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom.
2nd floor is not too high even with children is comfortable.

Breakfast not provided. Location excellent - very good buses to everywhere.
