Self catering, good facilities. Only drawback was noise from neighbours at unsocial hours

The house itself is on the first floor so not lots of stairs to go up with children we went with our 4 and 1 year old, there are usually places to park, we went for Easter 2024 and there were places around the area every day! Jerez centre is about 20 min walk and the train station is about 5 min walk away with a good churreria there. We were unfortunately very unlucky with the weather which meant that the house was cold, but they do have heating in the living room which was a plus. Even though it isn't shown in pics there was a table and 4 chairs that you could put up to eat, we left it open in the living room the full stay for convenience. Manuel was really nice, we had a problem with the hot water on the first day and he came immediately and got it sorted and asked a technician to also come later that day to make sure all ok. Overall a good house and area! :)
