Das Appartement liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe des Strandes und der Geschäfts- und Restaurantstraßen in Sta. Margarida. Der Komplex Gran Canal ist recht groß jedoch sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der verglaste Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein.
