At 60€ per night, this is one of the best apartments I've been into! It was spacious enough for a family, clean and supplied with pots and pans, iron, hairdryer, laundry box, coffee and everything else you might need for a short stay. I really appreciated the sheer amount of storage space available and how quiet the zone was. The flat is at the ground level of an apartment complex and has blinds that shut hermetically, so noise was almost non existent. Plenty of electrical outlets, functioning heating and enough room in the bathroom to move around. The double bed was also really comfy and full of towels and extra bedding to customize to my liking, and the kitchen had two hobs, a washing machine, fridge, extra chairs and counter space, and direct access to windows. Overall, the amount of space and comfort made it so enjoyable I didn't care it wasn't the most modern or centric, and the price blew other rooms out of the water.
Todo, está genial tanto instalaciones como ubicación. La cama muy cómoda, baño completamente nuevo, todo muy limpio y además es un apartamento bastante espacioso. Estás a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. El propietario ha sido encantador y muy comprensivo. Ha sido un placer pasar unos días en Santander y en este apartamento.
En un barrio con muchos servicios, a 20 minutos del centro pero muy llevaderos. El apartamento es ideal para teletrabajar, muy tranquilo y cómodo, con una cocina pequeña pero funcional y con el dormitorio separado del salón-comedor. Pasamos una semana completa y fue estupendo. Aunque es un bajo interior, en el dormitorio entra mucha luz natural justo encima del escritorio. En el salón había que tener la luz encendida todo el día pero como es la “zona de descanso” no se echa en falta más luz.
Respecto al trato con el personal fue todo maravilloso, me devolvieron la fianza rápidamente y sin ningún tipo de problema.
La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento justo, pero adecuado, solucio aron los problemas, tanto logísticos nuestros como u pequeño fallo inmediatamente, la gestora de 10
Nos ha sorprendido lo bien que estaba la estancia y muy limpio todo ,había menaje de cocina .Las camas muy cómodas.
