Het is er erg rustig, en op het grote terras ( 50 m2 ) is altijd wel een plekje te vinden om lekker in of uit de zon te zitten.
De locatie was top, boven op een berg met een prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zonnig terras.
Het appartement ligt in een rustige, hoger gelegen doodlopende straat. Parkeren doe je in de straat, geen probleem. Af en toe een blaffende hond, verder geen geluid. Met de auto ben je in 6 minuten in San Augustin; lopend kun je via een betontrap (250 treden) in 10 minuten bij de supermarkt zijn.
Het appartement is nieuw en heel compleet ingericht. Het heeft een mooi zonneterras, vanaf halverwege de ochtend heb je er zon.
Het bed ligt goed.
