Excellent staff and most helpful. Easy to get the keys and very clear instructions prior to arrival. The apartment and building were very clean and well kept, and staff attending the apartment were friendly and very efficient. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and very central to facilities and sightseeing.
A person from the staff came with us from the hotel to the apartments to show us the way.

Excellent spacious apartment in a pedestrian street. Very quiet. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions of Valladolid and to the train station. A supermarket is 3 min away.
