Very clean, great location and amenities, good communication

Luiza was very helpful and friendly and did not give up when we had trouble connecting to the internet. She had to call the office for help but solved the issue,

The location was PERFECT! Right in the middle of everywhere. The apartment was clean and had what we needed. The staff was amazing. The women who met us upon arrival was very friendly and helpful with tips on the city. The owner was amazing when I had a work emergency and needing help printing a document. Couldn’t have asked for better! P

This is a cosy little apartment in what seems to be a building with other regular apartments (not rented out short term for hotel stays). If you can, get the room with the tiled window bench. There’s no reception area, but it was easy to get in contact with the person letting us in and they were helpful with getting us everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there was a little kitchen that was very handy for making breakfasts. It’s a fabulous location, moments away from Plaza del Triunfo and the nearby sights (Cathedral, Giralda, Real de Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, etc). We walked everywhere during our stay in Seville, which was really nice. The room has a cosy tiled window seat facing out onto some main streets which was fun to sit at.

I loved the apartment for the central location although it was noisy at night until 12-1am due to the tapas bar downstairs. The WIFI is also slow. But the location, the apartment, the staff & it also has a small kitchen & even a washing machine outweigh the negatives. I would for sure stay here again !
