The staff are so friendly here!! They were very helpful and accommodating, everything was easy! The apartment had everything you’d need, was warm also had a lovely view!
Reception was busy at 5pm but my booking was dealt with very fast and it was easy. I did not use the auto check in that is available outside of reception hours but the main reception service itself was good. Great location, very good heating, good shower, basic cookery utensils. We did not use their car park but wish we had as our car window got smashed overnight while parked in an allocated paid for parking zone, not the hotels fault at all! I would advise using their parking. We didn't use it as instructions were not given how to get to it and due to the one way road system it is a long drive to get back if you have gone past their parking which we had done and so we used street parking, wished we had driven round again in hindsight!
The check-in was perfect considering that nobody has been present at check-in, so the indications done by phone were complete and very usefull.
The apartment is perfect for a stay in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need (small kitchen with fridge etc...). It has a balcony with an amazing view and it is close to the center of the ski resort where you will find a few bars and restaurants. It is a great place, with a nice atmosphere. The location is close to the start of many hikes accessible either walking or by car, in only a few minutes. I can imagine it is also absolutely ideal during winter time, to access the ski lifts.
This was essentially a deserted ski resort in summer, so it was incredibly peaceful, very clean and super cheap
