Chema was extremely personable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was prestine and perfectly located in the center of town.

The apartment was in a quiet, but central location in the old historic district. No car needed. You can walk everywhere. There was a private terrace and a common roof terrace that were especially nice to sit out and enjoy the view. We had two apartments and they were clean and well equipped. The Host was so so kind and welcoming. We even ran into him on several occasions walking around town. He was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. He even went out of his way to walk us to his favorite restaurant. Nothing more needed.

We rented two apartments. The host greeted us and chalked us through all the details, plus gave us great local recommendations about what to see and where to eat. Toledo is an interesting town and we were in a perfect and quiet gem. We could walk anywhere we wanted. We actually ran into Chema, our host, and he was able to point us in the right direction. All the reviews are accurate as to how mica and welcoming he is. Added bonus were the private terrace and all-access roof terrace with great views. Next to music academy which provides some great tunes during day and some energy to quiet square.

Everything was provided, very clean, location is perfect, and Chema was very helpful with guidance and help! If you are considering this property, I am confident you will be happy staying here!

It has roof top patio with great view of the cathedral and army museum. Room was clean with a full kitchen and washer. Host was nice.
