The location was unbeatable! Our unit had the ocean view which we enjoyed having breakfast with every morning. The property seems to be newly renovated. The furniture seemed rather new and clean.

It’s an amazing apartment! The whole facility is nice and very clean and the location, directly at the beach, is perfect!
There is a communal laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers and detergent, which is very a huge plus. And on top of that they have a room were sun umbrellas and sun chairs for the beach are stored and can be used.
Great location, across the road from the beach. Good bars, chinquita, supermarket and panaderia nearby. Bus #1 to and bus #7 back from old town close by and cheap. Very quiet except early hours of Saturday morning. Great views to the beach from the shower. Great cooking facilities. Easy access to the building and apartment. Beach chairs available
