Regino was the best apartment contact we have ever had. As soon as I sent him a message at 8 pm that we were confused on how to work the heater, he rushed over to help us rather than writing out some instructions! What amazing customer service!! The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed plus more in it, especially in the kitchen. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were silky soft. There were plenty of plugs for devices, which is unusual. The location was perfect, at the end of the street was the train station, however, the secure underground parking lot had a designated parking slot for the apartment, the price of which was included in the very reasonable apartment rental fee. It was very quiet and safe. If we return to beautiful Ronda, this is where we would rebook.

Although there were some confusion on the location of the apartment and parking; that is quickly resolved when I call the host.

Great location, easy access to everything. Parking was super easy and instructions were good. Everything was done over WhatsApp, great communication.
