First time staying in the old town side. It was really only a 5 min walk to the shopping centre. Late check in was no problem at all. The staff were all lovely. Nice big apartment .

Staff - particularly receptionist- were excellent and very helpful. The property was quiet and good access to swimming pool and sun beds. Great location 5 mins from shops and main strip. Arranged a taxi for return trip to airport at 3:45am.

This place completely exceeded my expectations. It was clean and comfortable, close to where I needed to be and all the amenities yet in a quiet area. It was peaceful and quiet and none pretentious; and that’s all I wanted and needed. The apartment had all you need to make meals and tea, coffee , breakfast . There is an organic shop onsite with great produce ( just make sure you bring cash for this; I didn’t know). And they also filter the water so you can refill your glass bottle without having to buy plastic-bottled one. There is also a library with many good books in different languages and some yoga , art and singing classes. All very relaxing. Tanja was very friendly and accommodating too. I liked everything about this place and will definitely come back if I’m again in Puerto del Carmen
